If your residential project is complete and ready for a final inspection, please contact our team to arrange an on-site inspection.
On-site Building Inspections
For building projects we’ve approved, we will come to site and inspect the various stages from foundations to frame to finished project. If everything meets the requirements of the approved plans and any special conditions, then we will happily issue your Final Inspection Certificate to officially close out your project.
For pools, we also assess and provide a Pool Fence Final Inspection Certificate to confirm that your fence satisfies the safety requirements of pools in Queensland.
From Foundations To Finished Project
The purpose of these final inspections and certificates is to confirm that everything proposed by the project was done according to plan and is safe for the current and any future residents of the residential build. You may also require these certificates for some final funding payouts depending on your lender, and they’ll also be required if you decide to sell the home and need to provide interested buyers or agents with official documentation.
We provide these certificates electronically for speed and ease of storage.
